Rheumatism in the hands caused by heavy metals from chemtrails [?] + Solutions

However, this is an assumption for which I am currently piecing together the evidence—though I do have strong suspicions…

[09-09-2026] I have been having a NES scan performed at Prevent Care for about 15 years now, which provides comparative data and insight into my health. Over the last 25 years, however, I have become something of a conspiracy theorist, so I have been keeping an eye on chemtrails for nearly two decades. I noticed a significant increase in the intensity of chemtrails in 2023.

The results of my 2024 NES scan reflected this—even though I routinely follow an extensive detox program involving plenty of herbs, chlorella, and two to three sauna sessions a week, alongside a spring and autumn cleanse using zeolite.

In 2025, I had a hair analysis performed by the French lab ToxSeek. During a Zoom call, the director of ToxSeek France confided that he had not seen a hair analysis indicating mercury poisoning—and we all know what that can imply.

Around mid-June of this year, I began experiencing issues with my hands—pain, stiffness, and a loss of strength. I concluded it was rheumatism. Since I didn’t have a GP here in France but needed a referral for a health spa (sulfur water baths for detoxification), I decided to ask a Dutch GP to handle it. She agreed, though I first had to have a blood test to check for rheumatic markers—and they were indeed present. The referral from the Dutch doctor wasn’t accepted, but there were two French options: the first was fully booked and not taking new patients, while the second agreed to take me on. I started a five-day treatment on August 12th, and it went well; after all, sulfur facilitates heavy metal detoxification. That follow-up visit to the GP was likely the last one for the time being. I had refused the prescribed painkiller—which was rife with side effects—and wrote a note explaining that pain is my friend, as it ensures I don’t overstrain my hands and arms. I also refused another medication, so there was no further discussion of follow-up treatment at Les Bains.

I noticed that, over the last few weeks, I had started suffering from night sweats around my neck—something I had never experienced before. Since sweating is a form of detoxification, it occurred to me that I should investigate further. I found this using the search terms “rheumatism in the hands + heavy metal load”

The answer:

Recent epidemiological and clinical studies indicate a significant link between heavy metal exposure and the risk and severity of rheumatological conditions affecting the hands, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA). Cadmium and lead are identified as the primary contributors to the increased risk of arthritis; patients consistently show elevated blood and urine levels of these metals compared to healthy controls.

Key findings regarding associations with metal-related arthritis:

  • Specific metals: Exposure to cadmium, lead, copper, nickel, arsenic, and chromium is positively correlated with the incidence of RA and disease activity scores (DAS28). Tungsten, cobalt, and antimony have also been identified as potential risk factors through machine learning analysis of NHANES data.
  • Mechanism: Heavy metals exacerbate oxidative stress and cause immune system dysfunction by reducing B- and T-cell counts, leading to autoimmunity in which the body attacks its own joint tissues.

The evidence is sometimes so overwhelming
that no one wants to see it.

I am currently undergoing treatment with an online homeopath, and I have three more appointments scheduled for October at Top Chiro in Nijmegen; I also want to have the NES scan performed again.

Eliminating the source of the heavy metals is a battle with no end date, as the biggest source is the daily chemtrails! I received this link via the Fa(c)tsforum: Detoxification on the Carnivore Diet

Update Today 21-09-2026 I’m starting with a foot bath

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Epsom salts
1/4 cup Himalayan salt
1/4 baking soda
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Prepare your bath:

Fill the bath with warm/hot water and add the apple cider vinegar. Then, dissolve the Himalayan and Epsom salts and the baking soda in hot water. Pour the salts into the bath. Next, get in the bath and relax! Soak for up to 30 minutes. This detox bath is excellent at boosting your magnesium levels, removing toxins and detoxing your body.

Benefits:

Adding baking soda and Himalayan salt to this bath will give a deeper replenishing effect as the minerals contained in the Himalayan salts will seep into your skin much deeper when combined with the natural exfoliant within the baking soda. Baking soda is also antibacterial so it can prevent your skin from breaking out as well as easing skin rashes such as eczema and dermatitis.

Apple cider vinegar is antibacterial and antifungal which helps to really cleanse your skin, leaving it soft and super clean. The combination of the Epsom salts, Himalayan salt, baking soda and apple cider vinegar will detox your skin, reduce water retention, replenish your skin with essential minerals and leave your skin feeling youthful, soft and fresh.

Protocol 2

Let us tell you a story that’ll make your blood boil.

In the 1960s, a soil scientist named Rex Newnham developed crippling arthritis. Conventional drugs did nothing. So he did what any good scientist would do—he looked at the chemistry of the soil and plants in his native Perth, Australia, and realized something shocking: the soil was severely boron-deficient.

Knowing that boron aids calcium metabolism in plants, Newnham decided to experiment on himself. He started taking 30 mg of borax daily. Within three weeks, all his pain, swelling, and stiffness had vanished.

He told public health authorities and medical schools about his discovery. Their response? Complete silence.

But here’s where it gets interesting: Some arthritis sufferers who heard about his results were absolutely delighted when they improved. Others? They were terrified to take something with a “poison” label meant to kill cockroaches and ants.

Eventually, Newnham had tablets made with a safe, effective dose of borax. And the medical establishment? They did what they always do when a cheap, effective remedy threatens their profit margins: ignore it, suppress it, and move on.

The Element They Forgot to Mention

Boron is element number 5 on the periodic table. It’s a metalloid found naturally in soil and plants, and in trace amounts in water. It’s biologically essential for plants, and increasingly recognized as beneficial for humans and animals.

But here’s the kicker: The FDA has not established a Daily Value for boron, and it has not been classified as an essential nutrient for humans.

Why? Because—and we quote the NIH— “research has not yet identified a clear biological function for boron.”

Translation: We haven’t figured out how to patent it and profit from it, so we’re going to pretend it doesn’t matter.

Never mind that boron sits at a crossroads between minerals, hormones, enzymes, and cellular signaling. Never mind that it influences magnesium use, vitamin D retention, estrogen/testosterone balance, bone formation, and inflammatory pathways.

It’s tiny on the periodic table… but massive in impact. Source

Common, everyday health issues caused by chemtrail poisoning—ailments that most people regard as merely normal conditions of life that everyone is bound to suffer from. Think of the skin, ears, eyes, nose, throat, and lungs as the primary areas affected.

ScienceDirect: Association between heavy metals in blood and urine and the risk of rheumatoid arthritis in adults in NHANES, 1999–2018 — Heavy metal exposure is widely recognized as a risk factor for human health. However, limited information is available regarding the impact of heavy metals on rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
