Geoengineering is a term that refers to all the techniques that aim to manipulate and modify the Earth’s climate and environment. Television doesn’t really talk about it, but these techniques have existed since at least 1891, the date of the first patent allowing artificial rain to be produced. We will also see that since the 1960s, NASA and the NSF (National Science Foundation) have explained in official reports how to modify the climate. Cloud seeding is one of the methods announced and the company ScoPex, financed by Bill Gates and the Pritzker Innovation Fund, which experimented with it between 2014 and 2024, the end date of the experiment. First tested in Laos.
Operation Popeye, carried out by the US Army in Vietnam between 1967 and 1972, was a cloud-seeding operation financed by the late Henry (Heinz) Kissinger and the CIA, which allowed the US Army to rain down torrential rain on the battlefield in an attempt to prevent the Viet Kongs from advancing.
The newspaper “La Dépêche” also spoke about this “Popeye” operation in March 2026, specifying that this file had been declassified since 2003, that is 23 years ago. Following Operation Popeye, the UN adopted a convention in 1976 to prohibit the use of climate weapons for military purposes, the ENMOD Convention.
Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th President of the United States, said in 1962: “He who controls the climate will control the world.” Perhaps we should take a closer look at these artificial and voluntary climate changes that have existed for at least 135 years, which have nothing to do with our carbon quotas and cow farts…
Take back your own authority, don’t be afraid of all the negativity, don’t be discouraged. Think about all the things you can do to process what comes your way. Above all, detox, both physically and mentally, because: “We are all part of the universe, and consider all the thoughts you send out and receive.”
